I'm not good times for the title, but I wonder what kind of runner I am (eg long-distance runners, sprinters, both).

Runner-East, distance is not a sprinter. If the time to write in 1600 (that's is) 1400 compared with 4:35, you should have been able to run at 2.03 clock for about 800 meters. I do not know what state it is, but if you look at the qualifying time to respond to your message, you can see that your mileage account closer to qualification. Concentrate on the 800 and 1600.
