Under the assumption that the atomic bombs exploded in 4-8 major cities of the United States on the same day. To inflict more damage, I think that 2 or more bombs on the east coast and 2 on the west coast and in central Texas or Mexico. If this condition is the case, that this site could be sure it would be the safest place to end customers. I suppose somewhere in the top center, under the Northwest. At high altitude makes a difference, or rather, metro? Is there a website where this support?

Perhaps the question should be posed with respect to the long-term survival.
In the short run, unless you are getting close to the explosion and fried, you may be able to a few days or weeks, surviving until the radiation and kill you, one body at a time.
