Since Mario is Nintendo's intellectual property, you can not find a (new) Mario games on the PC.
There were some old DOS games on the PC as Mario, "Mario Teaches Typing" and all, but today is the only way to play a game to the Mario DS or Nintendo Wii.
On the PC will not be able to play these games.
